Innovative tools for training in the tendency of English Cuisine development

That project aimed at acquiring specific professional knowledge, skills and experience in English cuisine, as well as entrepreneurial skills and creativity, which was a prerequisite for improving the opportunities of young people for the realization of the European one labor market or to start your own business.
The specific objectives of this project proposal were:
- Acquiring knowledge about the variety of tastes of English cuisine. Formation of skills and competencies for the preparation of typical English dishes, their arranging and serving.
- Getting acquainted with the experience of English entrepreneurship in the field of catering and catering.
- Formation of new language competencies and communication skills in English.
- Introduction to English culture and traditions.
- Creating new social contacts in a multicultural environment.
Educational mobility within the project contributed to getting acquainted with current standards and methods of work and types of services offered in their chosen sector. Acquired European experience was a prerequisite for increasing their employability and successful implementation of labor market, both in Bulgaria and in Europe.
